Extra innings

A year round baseball training facility that combines various player development services to helps kids get ready for sports. At Extra Innings we believe in an integrated approach to sports training that focuses on both physical and mental development. Our training programs are designed to help athletes build strength, endurance, and agility, as well as to develop the mental toughness they need to succeed on and off the field.

The Extra Innings Athletetic Development Model is a support plan designed to empower each of our athletes. The model promotes motor and skill development as well as health and fitness, while preparing athletes for competition at all levels.

When evaluating and designing training regiments for our players we look at their physical make up and level of ability at their current state, and start projecting what they will become with proper instruction and skill development. All players develop at their own rate! The key to continued development is to make sure players do not plateau and are routinely challenged in their speed of play, game knowledge, visual reception, and confidence in execution of learned skill. Additionally we also stress the athletic progression of all our athletes. 

Our coaching staff is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about sports and about helping athletes achieve their goals. All our coaches are trained in the latest sports science and coaching techniques, and are committed to ongoing professional development.
